RZGB-1 new corrugated oil storage tank flame arrester is a new product designed by Beijing Design Institute of China Petrochemical Corporation, the first Tianjin Fire Science Research Institute according to the People's Republic of China GB5998-86 standard test qualified, the product is widely used in oil storage tanks, is to prevent accidental flame intrusion into the tank, to prevent accidents, is the ideal product for fire prevention of storage tanks.


Scope of application
The flame arrester is suitable for pipelines, class A with flash point lower than 28 ° C, oil products, hydrogen-oxygen liquefaction class and kerosene, diesel, methyl benzine, crude oil with flash point lower than 60 ° C, and can be used together with the breathing valve, or can be used alone, on the internal floating roof oil tank vent pipe, and on the underground oil tank vent pipe of the gas station.


Repair and maintenance
1, in order to ensure the performance of the flame arrester to achieve the purpose of safe use, the flame arrester should be regularly checked and maintained.
2. Check the flame arrester every six months to check whether the core of the fire resistance layer is blocked, deformed, corroded, etc.
3. The blocked fire retardant layer core should be cleaned to ensure that each hole on the core is smooth, and the deformed and corroded fire retardant layer should be replaced.
4. When reinstalling the fire retardant layer core, it should be ensured that the joint surface is tight and no air leakage.
